[Roswell, Ga.] Rik Born has been named senior vice president, new business development for American Home Surfaces Group (AHSG)/ Commercial USA.
Born joins the American Home Surfaces Group and Commercial USA team with over 30-years of executive national management experience in the commercial and residential flooring business with Armstrong, Mohawk and Foamex. According to AHSG/Commercial USA, his responsibilities will be to work with new and existing suppliers in developing programs that increase the sales of member companies. In addition, specially assigned existing AHSG and Commercial USA members. He will also be involved in key new member recruitment.
Born has worked with Flooring and Installation Products distributors, National Retail Groups, National Home builders, Commercial end Users and National Commercial Groups.
